I love the resource pack of Wynncraft and wanted to use it anywhere! So I edited it, created missing textures and fixed some bugs.

Looks great, I've been wanting a fixed version of the Wynnpack to use in singleplayer but don't have pro editing skills. You've also somehow managed to make purpur look good. Congrats on that. Hopefully the cow will let you put a download link.

But, uh, what's with the weapons/tools? There's a huge difference between the default iron and gold textures than the Wynn iron and gold textures. If you need examples, I can show you.

 

We need a wynnpack with 32x32 pixel textures and above

 

Tools and items will be added later with a mixture of default- and Wynncraft-Style. :-)

Upgrading a ressource pack to 32x32+ from 16x16 is lots of work... :-/
That would be a huge project. :-P

 

Please don't give the RP out even with your changes. It is not yours to give out.

 

Would it be okay for him to just give out the changed parts to allow people to patch them into the pack? Kind of like mods for games?

 

That would be just unnecessary work because everyone who want's it could take the original, delete the custom weapons and follow some steps to get my edited version.
What would be the problem to use it as a nice and easy to use ressourcepack which refers to Wynncraft in it's description with an url to the website and an IP of the Minecraft server?

@JuicedBananas: If I don't get the permission to share it as a complete pack I will just share my creations of it and write a small Tutorial on how to get the complete one... ^_^

You should probably show proof that Salted said it was okay to put a download for people like me who do not trust anything on the internet without screenshots.

 

I asked Salted and he said it was fine, OP didn't ask Salted.

 

TBH:

This is the coolest fucking thing ever.

 

The pack is pretty good but I have a few "minor complaints"
- XP Bar is vanilla
- No 3D bookshelf texture (I get that this is because it causes the item to be missing texture, can you fix it in another way?)
- Wheat item is the Wynnpack texture but literally every other item is vanilla.
Other than that, good work!
that purpur texture should replace the vanilla one

 

Nice texturepack! I really like the wynnpack style and want to make so textures myself. So what should I think of when I make textures so that they have the wynnpack style?
