I didnt have a rodoroc scroll in my inventory. Only had a detlas one. In that case it would be 2 sp ;)

I've scrolled when I had 5 sp once but I didn't lose anything. And yes.. I went out to do some quests with 4 sp afterwards..

 

People have been saying that going to another province using a scroll costs 2SP, but is it true? I haven't ever noticed my SPs going down by two when doing that.

 

Yes it does. When you use a Detlas scroll when in Rodoroc, you will lose 2sp instead of 1.
