There's a hundred total, you estimate. The council, however, was a bit suspicious of your gesture.

"Y-yeah... Especially if he's paying you." Ihra says, trying to lighten the mood.

Ruby appears upside-down, just in front of the girl.
"Who's hiding?" She says playfully.

 

"Yeah, haha." Tirra says, cheering up.

The girl skates past without sparing Ruby a glance, firing a hallucinogenic dart back at Ruby from her gun before loading another dart as she jumps a gap.

 

She dodges the dart and kicks the board off to the side just before she lands.
"Awww, you're no fun." She mutters.

 

"Exactly."

I continue to cremate as much as possible, collecting the horns as I do so.

 

The girl rolls once she hits the ground, leaping up and running for her board.

 

"Sweet. Let's keep rigging this place."

After a while, the smoke becomes visibly lingering and you can't carry all the horns.

Ruby holds up her board and an energy ball.
"Name. Now."

 

"How many is that already?" I ask myself, counting the pairs of horns.

 

The girl looks around, before sprinting off and jumping between some buildings. A paralysis dart flies toward Ruby.

 

Twenty six, and one extra horn.

Ruby warps, catching the girl by the neck, lifting her up into the sky, then takes off her mask.

 

The girl turns out to be Stephanie, her face covered in war paint in intricate designs, who struggles in Ruby's grip.

 

"You're a wanted criminal here." Ruby whispers.
"Get out while you still can!"

 

Stephanie just struggles, reaching for her mask. A few darts come loose from Stephanie's jacket and fall to the floor.

 

Ruby slides down her mask and puts her on the ground.
"Only the lower entry is open. Get Abigail to help you back to Rineth." Ruby whispers, serious.

 

Stephanie re-collects her darts, loading her dart gun before grabbing her skateboard and skating off through the city, clearly interested in her own goals.

 

Ruby keeps an eye on her while cloaked.
"Please don't get into any more trouble... You're viewed as a murderer here." She says telepathically.

 

Stephanie skates through the city, looking for anything interesting. Stephanie holds her gun tightly, ready to fire at anyone who gets in her way. Behind her mask, however, Stephanie can't help but feel a few spikes of fear, not only from Ruby's warning, but the fact she knew she's wanted already.

 

Nobody's in her way, but a draconian walking slowly with an odd geared staff gives her a quick glance before continuing up a stairwell.

 

Stephanie just skates by, deciding to take a route over the rooftops of houses toward the power plant.

 

I examine weather or not all of the horns can fit in an average sized pouch.

 

Iruk, Thirteen, and Cystal are just outside the power plant, talking with each other.

The draconian with the geared staff is walking towards the power plant as well.
