Doesn't this mean that sellers would just say "Oh nice offer, but I'd rather just sell it to someone who'd pay more for it because it's diamond." which is the basically the same exact thing, just this way can't get them banned.

unobtainable diamond/iron/chain/whatever material armor is worth more than the normal version now 100%. doesn't matter if it's illegal. scrat follow rules but some rules he no like.

 

This entire part of your response was edited in after I responded to you, giving the appearance that I had not addressed this part of your post. This is what we refer to as intellectual dishonesty.

Private sale or not, my point stands. Asking more for the item because it is diamond is a scam. There is no room to hedge anything as conjecture. Ask more for the item, because it is diamond, and you get in trouble. Period. No ifs, buts, or ands. No wiggle room. No caveats.

It's not illegal, and the only, and I do mean ONLY problem that I felt, was that you edited it, when you could have made a separate post. AND, everything is cool. I wish that we had a "so-and-so is typing" notice on the forums.

 

That means the seller can just say no, I'd rather just sell it to someone who'd pay more for diamond. Same thing different words.
