Mage/Dark Wizard Level 65 Pure Build?

Anyone got any good suggestions on a Pure build for spell damage and mana regen? I have a Pure so I might as well use it and try get a build that is decent or good.
Item level can be pass 65 but not try to go too overboard.
I have a very high budget

Mask of Enlightenment
Dark Mage Robes/Marius
Crystal/Winter's Essence
Sodeta booties~

 

you can always go with the generic:

spectre
millenium
crystal
sodeta boots

that everyone talks about in school

Any clue where to obtain the Mask of Enlightement?

 

Its from the vendor related to that boss altar under jungle village right?

 

I thought the village only sell masks
