For the Suppression, yes.
For the Crystal, no.

 

How good are the Jesters?

 

Because people would be offering prices for your items, I would rather not give out a solid price unless you want to be taken advantage of by chance.
The Crystal's only good point is its 3/4s Mana Regen. Apart from that, everything is average or below average (Walk speed and Agility *cough*)
The reflection of the Crystal is only half of the max (65%) so it is not going anywhere either.
However, the suppression has 3/4s Mana Regen and -4/4s Mana Steal only, though with quite near max negative life steal. Thus, its price would be even higher than the Crystal if you ask me.

 

...I looked around for other suppressions but I don't seem to be able to get anything...

I know there have been other posts, though I am certain that they do not worth as much (Out of those MR accessories,only concentration should be worthing 20LE--It is simply a 2/4s Mr bracelet with no negative stats,and please don't say that you looked through mister @JackyKit's shop, it really do not worth that price.)
