    A quick search for 'visceral' only showed that Selvut283 had mentioned the name of this set, so apparently no one has found it yet (or posted about it).

    I've tried....was beginning to think they might be somewhere else (given the 'appearance' of the mobs), will try again tomorrow.

    The two items above were selected from a dozen of each, hence the high bonuses.

    Found the Visceral Leggings, going to try and grind for more of them and see what the set bonuses are if nobody knows quite yet. Given the set name, the mobs the set items occasionally come from and the images shown in the start of the thread (Life Steal and whatnot) it appears to be a type of cannibalistic-themed set.
    This is a new account and can't post links yet, so i'll just type what the Visceral Legs' attributes are and make it look all pretty...

    Note that these have no asterisks and are very likely low rolls.

    Visceral Legs

    ❤ Health: +1500

    Lv. Min: 70

    +7%     Melee Damage
    +17 Health Regen
    +51% Health Regen

    So, I managed to find the entire set (Visceral Skullcap, Visceral Chest, Visceral Legs and Visceral Toe).

    - This is the two-piece set bonus for the Visceral Set:

    Set Bonus:
    +25     Health Regen
    +20/4s Life Steal
    +5% Melee Damage
    +45% Health Regen
    -1000 Health

    - This is the three-piece set bonus for the Visceral Set:

    Set Bonus:
    +60 Health Regen
    +45/4s Life Steal
    +15% Melee Damage
    +150% Health Regen
    -2325 Health

    - This is the entire four-piece set bonus for the Visceral Set:

    Set Bonus:
    +75/4s     Life Steal
    +25% Melee Damage
    +400% Health Regen
    +150 Health Regen
    -3650 Health
