What Should I Know Getting Back Into The Game

I ragequit when I first played gavel came out and never left the place where you did the identification stuff. I am now looking to play again. What should I know?

 

why would you ragequit when gave lcame out xD. and there are over 20 identification places... if you wanna join back, nothing has changed except the resource pack and some beginning quests have been reworked.

 

The best way to learn Gavel and its contents is to start over, particularly with that brand new fifth character slot you're given. Lots of old quests are revamped, and there are many new ones. There's a whole new item system, a reID system, powders, and other stuff.

 

What you need to know is that it's best to experiment and start from scratch. It might be painful deleting your other classes but I assure you, learning right back from the beginning will be helpful, especially since many quests have been tweaked and revamped in the early-game, and it goes by quickly. Just pay attention and try again and you should do fine.
