Buying Perfect Morph Accessories, Taurus, And Vaward

I am only looking for morph accessories that have max points in each skill,

I need a Taurus with -7 attack tier speed and at least 1200 melee damage.

On the Vaward, it must have 6 or 7 in each skill. I would like one with a 7 in str, dex, and int.

 

I've got 4 morph amethyst, but I don't know what max points. Is that 3 in each?

 

Morph-Topaz:2 skill points each
Morph-Emerald:2 skill points each
Morph-amethyst:3 skill points each
Morpg-Rubu:3 skill points each

They have, but I have never seen anyone use morph items or memento with them.
