1) I like Flubby! He's a pretty awesome person.
2) J6 is cool, and I like the stuff he writes. Also, weeb stuff. Mhm.
3) John does stupid things, but he ain't stupid. Probably the least 4chan-ish member of the Frogos.

2) That probably breaks down into combinations:
Black + Green
White + Red
Dark Gray + Purple + Pink Red
Cobalt Blue + Silver + Orange

3) Not as often as I used to, thanks to school. Before then, probably five days a week.

4) I use GIMP for pixel art, mostly because I'm familiar with it by now. Piskel is a pretty good tool for pixel art too; give it a try sometime.

5) My old username (Doctor_HAAAX) was a reference to a certain bigheaded character from the Gmod Idiot Box by DasBoSchitt, named Dr. HAX.

6) Use plenty of references.
Turn on anti-aliasing.
Get familiar with your tools.
Listen to chiptune music while drawing. (Dunderpatrullen, Chipzel, Fantomenk, etc.)
Use more than just 5 colors in your art. Use different shades/brightness levels of each color, too.
Practice drawing good circles and even lines with pixels. It'll help in the long run to know these.
If you're using GIMP, and want to draw a straight line, click on the beginning part of the line, then hold Shift as you click on the end of the line.
To get used to drawing with pixels, try making recolors of sprites first. I used to recolor Sonic Advance 3 sprites on MS Paint when I was younger, and I feel like that gave me more practice with pixel art in general.
Start small (maybe around 16 by 16), and then go bigger (32 by 32, 64 by 64, 100 by 100).
If you just want to make something abstract, use brushes that have 100 hardness.

I totally wouldn't do something rather horrible that would land me in prison.

 

Why did you choose haxii as your name?

 

It started off from me having a rather strange username, which made it rather hard for users to refer to me as.
A nickname for me stuck in the end, and that was Hax.
Some people called me Haxy, which was really fucking ❀ sugoi ❀, so I went with that.
Then along the way, I started using 'i's instead of 'y's, since I have an addiction to 13375p34k, so it became Haxii.

Unfortunately for me, SOMEBODY decided to snag Haxii as a MC username, after I changed it to AeonSoralen for a moment.
So now my in-game username is Haxiii, with THREE 'i's. -_-
