once again, rerolling only makes a bad-id item without reroll worth more
it doesnt affect price of

1. good-id item with 1561651361 reroll
2. good-id item without reroll
3. bad-id item with 1561616564 reroll

the only value that is affect by the reroll mechanic only applies on bad-id item without reroll
and I'd say this freedom isnt bad except for the 1/4

Except this is a Freedom with 1/4s and with "1561651361 reroll", meaning it's a 'bad-id item'.

Apparently Freedom is only 'good-id item' with 2/4s.

1/4 doesnt even matter. You dont use freedom for mana regen, and even if you had a 2/4, the correct thing to do would be switching to a nemract's rage every 4 seconds anyway.

Mana regen on weapons only really matters if it is a weapon with the highest base mana regen for its class, you REALLY care about that +774 hp, or you are spamming arrow storm, which isnt advisable with split damage

 

if I do, I would sell this for 6stacks

 

But why... you dont use freedom for the mana regen... would one with completely maxed damage be worth less than one with min all damage and 2/4?
