    I've been having difficulty with the automatic downloading/installing of the pack thru my minecraft and i was wondering if there is a download link floating around so i could possibly put it on before i get on and get around this problem. Thanks in advance for any help!

    This is the CDN that the server uses to distribute the resource pack. It was packet sniffed at login. It is quite literally the direct download link that Minecraft downloads from when the server sends the resource pack.
