Couldn't find a post on this, even though I recall there being some in the past. What are the attack speed multipliers for the tiers?

(Also, does weapon speed still affect spell damage?)

    The attack tier multipliers are:
Super Slow: 0.5 attacks per second
Very Slow: 0.7 attacks per second
    Slow: 1.3 attacks per second
    Normal: 2.0 attacks per second
    Fast: 2.6 attacks per second
Very Fast: 3.3 attacks per second
Super Fast: 4.0 attacks per second

Spell damage is Base damage times the spells multiplier, times +spell % if any, then this is multiplied by the attack tier, then lastly "raw" spell damage (where it is +25 spell damage, as compared to +11%) is added.
With spells, the attack tier multiplier is the way DPS (Damage Per Second) is expressed. If the wand is faster the damage is multiplied. I think the idea is that although there is only one spell animation a faster wand would actually be casting multiple spells. Or it is just a straight up game play balancing fudge with no rationalization.

It still applies to Spells, but only the wands innate speed is considered. Any attack tier modifiers are ignored. They only effect melee now.
This does raise the interesting point that negative attack tier modifiers presumably don't effect spells anymore either, so Taurus is a potential spell casters armor.

Attack tiers effect on melee is only in the speed you can attack. I have seen some comments that there is a practical limit to how fast you can click your mouse, suggesting that the highest speeds don't actually attack that many times, but I don't know what the conclusion was on that.

The idea is the higher tier attack speed has less base damage and thus a larger multiplier to compensate
Other wise it would be useless to use high attack speed weapons

This is exactly what I was looking for, thanks!

An autoclicker is probably least helpful on Wynncraft compared to other servers. (Not that I'm using an autoclicker, just pointing this out.)
