I mean he did directly mention Salted so I doubt that this is ever going to be actually added

 

They could used some kind of special code which displays player's name.

 

There's also a scene in the Gavel trailer with a worm coming out of the ground, I'm assuming that it's the final boss of the huge Gavel storyline due to the worm being seen in game already, except smaller

I think we all just kind of assumed this was gonna come out in the "fallow up update" that supposed to be released a few months after Gavel. Not the gameplay update, but the one that finishes the Gavel lore.

We dont know if he will be more involved in Wynn or Gavel, but this is in Ragni and Ragnar is a Wynn guy (unless my WIP theory is correct and hes a fake, but this kind of throws that off).

We hear hes the leader of the horde, but what horde?

There are too many unknowns to get a confirmed answer, or even a solid theory, out of this, but I think we are pretty safe to say that its gonna be part of the fallow up update.

May be irrelevent, but I am inclined to point out that one if his eyes is very large. You know, since Wynn has an "eye" theme going on.

In the corner of the Olux Swamp, permission to enter is a reward from completing the Worm Holes quest but the dungeon isn't currently in game.

 

Maybe, he might be more involved in Gavel, because Wynn already have 'Corruptor of Words'.

And yeah, we completely don't know about the 'Horde' which is following Bak'al. We won't get confirmed answer until the Gavel Storyline update. Unless, Bak'al and his horde is going to be exposed in game, at Molten heights story. But, I doubt that the possibility association between Bak'al and Molten heights is high.

Due to the strong impact he gave to us, He might be associated with whole Gavel storyline, maybe even molten heights.

Where did you get that he's the enemy of Gavel?

 

Well, I've been doing some poking around.

It may be 100% irrelevant, but remember how I pointed out his eye? Looks closer. It lookers more like an empty socket than an eye if you ask me.

And, I may point out, there is exactly ONE npc in all of Wynncraft that we know lost his eye. A single person who has the power to cause mass damage if he became evil.

Do you see where I am going with this?

 

From what I have seen, it looks to be more of an undead horde attacking Ragni again, with this guy being the one leading the horde. It seems to be the introduction of undead hordes, more Corruption details, and Ragnar early on in the game.

He looks to be infected by Corruption, as well. Red-and-black spots, excluding volcanoes, usually point toward Corruption, like with the areas surrounding the Nether Portal.

Bak'al also has a peg leg for his right leg.

 

His first appearance was the Gavel trailer. That's why I predicted that he is enemy of Gavel, but this is not a clear answer.

Yep, He fought against Ragnar in RAGNI. That means, he's attacking the Ragni, it must be.
But there are a lot of questions yet. How did he got corrupted, and why is he attacking Ragni, and the origin of Bak'al, and much more.

And, this could be not the clear answer, I guess we must wait for moments to get some more information about him.

See, this is where 2 theories overlap. There's the theory that this side is our one-eyes guy (I assume you know who I mean), but I also had a theory about the one eyed guy being Ragnar...
