I have xDDD

 

My record was five people in frozen heights at once
At one point I killed one of the other giy's mobs and vanished and it became complete chaos in there

 

Warrior's war scream makes everyone leave xD

 

All of this selfishness. The first time that I made it to Frozen Heights, there were already about 8 people there, and I thought, "Forget it." Then this guy that I had never met, @Putrid , invited me to join his group and share in the XP. Needless to say, I did. That was fairly soon after the Gavel expansion. I haven't forgotten his courtesy and selflessness.

 

Yeah I don't see why people want other people to leave when you can do /party. You can afk while the other person grinds and you'll get some of the XP ffs

 

I think if I went to grind at Freezing Heights and someone told me to leave, I'd just ignore them and continue to grind in silence. There's nothing they can do to make me leave, and even if they went and stole all my kills, they'd just be wasting their time specifically targeting mobs I was attacking and only getting a share of the experience.

 

Eh, it's kinda annoying when you were grinding there first then someone just comes in and grinds there and steal your kills.

 

I wasn't saying I'd steal their kills. I remember back in Herb Cave, if someone started grinding near to me I'd just run over to a different section of the cave so I wouldn't unintentionally steal their kills.

 

I'm going to start doing that

 

I feel like the most gentleman-like to do is leave them completely alone, all it takes is doing /hub and switch servers for 5 times tops and there you have it.
Honestly, in the case of Herb Cave, it's so small that I can't stand having somebody come in uninvited and who doesn't even ask to /party, since depending on their class, it might even kill the mobs I'm hoarding, so yes, it is slightly annoying and infuriating. I'm not even talking about the people who actively try to kill your mobs on the second floor of Frozen Heights.
Oh and also, more people = less mobs for you = slower grinding + inability to do /class to refresh the spawnrates
Honestly, if you leave people be in their grinding spots, everybody is happy and gets more out of their boring ass grinding session

 

THe problem with this is when people run around everywhere in Herb cave and think: "Oh! A monster! I(!) Must kill it"

First comes, first served, even with DXP or TXP, I just leave people be.

In freezing hieghts, there is room for at least 4-5 people. The cave, upper, the molten entity cave, and the smaller area above the upper freezing heights.

Why don't people know that? They need to know that. To prevent nonsense like this. As in a helpful atlas nearby in-game or NPC...

 

I stopped grinding at Freezing. It's not that great if you have a water/air build like me
Especially when old Dogun City gives about as much xp and not nearly as many people
