Given standard prices the powders I wanna buy amount to 1 le 58 eb. There's no selling them higher than that unless you find a total idiot.
Since I'm crafting up tier IV and higher powders which costs quite a bit and reselling them with zero to a little profit I'm trying to push below standard prices whenever I buy powders
