Two things, one what VideoGamer said, there is a actual section called '??? hunt' for this kinda thing.
second, if you are organizing a party, I think the people who are joining you will be people who haven't done the ??? quest yet, and have no idea what they are doing...
so it is best if you are acting as a leader, guiding the.... let's say noobs.

 

No... this ??? is about anyone doing it. He doesn't need to act as a leader.
