Which spells are you looking to use?

 

? All of them? Mostly spin atk and smoke bomb tho

Alright, for the weapon, use either
1. Waterspout w/ 2 air powders
2. Infised hive dagger with water, air, and thunder powders
3. Tsunasweep w/ 1 air powder
(You can keep a seperate weapon to apply the water powder bonus).

Cumulonimbus w/ 2 water powders and 1 air powder is the obvious choice for your helmet.

The Boreal-patterned Chestplate (hive chestplate) w/ 2 water powders boosts your water, thunder, and air damages and defenses, as well as adding mana regen, walk speed, and reflection.

For the leggings, use either
1. Dark Channeler w/ 2 water powders for mana regen, thunder and water damage and defense, and spell damage
2. or Leitreach Makani w/ 2 water powders and a thunder powder, if you're feeling masochistic.

Your options for boots are
1. Capricorn w/ 2 water powders and 1 thunder powder for good mana regen and great spell damage, has great int and agi skill point boosts and good speed as well as mana steal, but -hp
2. Memento w/ 2 water powders and 1 thunder powder for great mana regen and good spell damage. Has soul point regen and xp, but -life steal

The necklaces I've found are
1. Generator Amulet (from Heart of Llevigar) for
Decwnt defenses and spell damage
2. Lapis Necklace for good mana regen

Braces you can use are
1. Squid Anklet for good mana regen
2. Ariodo's dial for good spell damage and thunder damage

And finally, the rings (mix and match these as you prefer)

1. Intensity for good spell damage
2. Concentration for good mana regen
2. Moon pool circlet for good mana regen, some int and soul point regen, and water defense, but negative thunder defense

Put skill points into water, thunder, and air.
