Buying Looking For 20%+ Ws Boosterplate

So yeah, like the title stated, looking for a good ws Boosterplate.

 

I have a 24% WS boosterplate, but it will be expensive cuz I kinda want it for my snail build I'm making... it will be terrible but ill be a real tank and with the booster plate instead of snail mail ill be about normal speed

 

i have a 26ws boosterplate im willing to sell, just tell me ur offer.

literally the best possible booster plate if your looking for speed. It has max walk speed AND max agility

I have a booster plate with 24 ws but it has this "*" behind every of its stats. (Theyre all near maxed stats ofc)
And btw, maxed booster plates go for 32 le so gl.
