Assassin/Ninja Help Earth Air Water Build?

I was thinking that a earth air and water build may be a good hit and run build
I was thinking mana steal instead of regen and having high walk speed too, and having it focused around melee
Should I forget the water or could this work well enough?
The items that caught my eye was
Helmet: Aries
Chestplate: Taurus
Leggings: Dark Shroud
Boots: Capricorn
Rings: Stratus
Bracelet: Follow The Wind
Necklace: Royal Cyclone Amulet

I did the math if you get ok stat ID's you should be able to use all of this
Weapon wise I would say Salticidae/Grim Trap
So, do you think this could be a pretty decent build or should I use other items?
I want to definitely be fast, but not insanely fast as a pure speed build...
Also I want to be mainly melee based with the ability to spam a good amount of spells, then escape fairly easy

 

If you use salticidae, you're committing to melee.

 

I was thinking of using Salticidae for the approach and Grim Trap (or some other powerful weapon) as the main attack...

 

Salt is really good with the chestplate of ineptitude, it does 1000 damage by default and you can get it to slow attack speed.

It's very OP if you can buff the melee damage.

 

Having water seems pretty pointless for this build...
