I Broke The Lost...

I have thrown away some of the lost letters (quest items). I have tried /fixquests and talking to NPCs again, but it don't work. Have I made it impossible to complete?

You'll need to start the quest on another class to finish it on that one.

 

How come you threw them away? Or was it just by accident?

 

Every beginner's mistake; throwing away quest items because "there's not enough space"

 

I throw away my quest items for inventory reasons and use /fixquest to retrive them. I used /fixquest to use a quest item and then threw away all other, including the letters...

 

Well unfortunately I don't think there is a way to return them but if you do have another class with the level range of the quest you'll have to do what Ganon said.

 

Don't ever trust /fix quests. It works it a pinch but you should never rely on it

A mistake that should never be made. Nobody in their right mind would throw away quest items that are obviously important in completing the quest. Why would you start the quest with an almost full inventory? If someone can make it to level 85, surely they should have knew the general rules of questing on the server. Not to mention relying on /fixquests is dumb when the command doesn't even work.

 

Dont be mean, maybe some guy told him that or he hasnt played in a while

I have to agree with beef, starting a quest and throwing some of the items out mid way is dumb. I would have understood if he threw out quest items after he finished the quest but mid way doesn't make sense.

well there's a first time for everything, luckily that quest isn't that important (sorry gm's). your current options are as follows:
1) just don't o the quest on your main mage.
2) start the quest with another class (I know you are kinda far from that) and transfer the quest items to your main. (this means your other class wont be able to complete the quest).

 

I just gonna skip it. Can this happen to The passage, TOL or the Eltom quest?

 

people usually don't throw out quest items mid quest but yes it can happen.
ToL is the main victim as players get rid of quest items only to later find out they are needed for ToL.
