The first page shows % of completed quests (may be inacurrate)
So I added some more 'evidence' actually the first image would be enough proof.
Why?
because the quest book is made like this:
p.1 -> Front Page
p.2-x -> started quests
p.x-y -> possible quests
p. y-z -> not possible quests
p. z-112 -> done quests
and with a not done quest on the last page it means that you didn't compete any quests.

do /fixstart and with that give up on that 0 Quests.

 

Someone got to level 75 without quests pre-Gavel. He then turned guild xp to 100% and turned everything in. T'was fun.

Well each time someone gets to level 101, they've technically done pure grinding 1-100.

What about all those people who got level 70 back when quests weren't a thing? Now that is a true achievement

He must of deleted the 161 class or lowered its level then
