    You can only use it when applying two or more tier 4 powders of the same type, also, you gain charge by hitting enemies.

    The higher your attack speed is, the less % each hit charges, so that Slow Attackers can still use it.
    The higher level the two Tier 4 Same Element powders are, the more effective the special is.
    2 Tier 4 Water = 100% damage added Curse
    2 Tier 6 Water = 260?% damage added Curse
