Flight In Distress Bug

The Problem:
Accidentally Glitched out the teleport room around this part of the quest:
You fall onto the balloon, and make your way back to the ship...

What I've done to try and fix it:
So I did /kill and redid all the steps again, however when I reached the step with Engineer Eric I had stumbled upon a small problem. Since I had already completed the steps and was about to finish the Quest. The NPC Eric had taken the codes of me, therefore I wasn't able to be teleported to the next room to progress.

I've done the small sound puzzle part but as soon as I complete it and return back to Engineer Eric he responds with:
Engineer Eric: I dun give you the instructions. Just check it if you forgot the code.
Engineer Eric: It was like red... orange... yellow..Ah, it all paper anyway.
