    Umm yeah. I'm lvl 84, looking for OP Mana Regen and Spell Damage build. My budget is around 1 stack, please help. (The gear can be a few lvls higher than me, I'll just grind it.)

    It's a lvl 68 unique bracelet with water(and I think spell) dmg, skillpoints are your choice but split most of them between int and agi

    Willpower is also hard to get(know it from experience as I've lost 3) and royal stormy has an int and I think water dmg boost, not to mention with max stats you will likely have more than 17/4 mana already with ethereal
