I'll explain why, you rolled it twice which drops the value a lot and 2 the poison isn't close to max

 

He got two maxed values on that Fenmask,Health regen and Water Defense.
You don't just stare at poison 24/7 and find any possible means to lower the price.Just saying,that fenmask totally worths a lot more than 1.5LE.

 

Sorry I'm not even looking at those stat's I'll give you that but the forum post literally says "buying poison armor" so I'm looking for poison.

 

I once started a thread looking for RtE and I specified about the Ws so I understand your situation,but even if the one stat that you focus on is not well,you cannot really just stomp the price because so...
Maybe just look through the whole thing before setting it in.

 

Surely risking a reroll which actually costs money isn't a bad thing right? Not much point in paying for better stats but making the price lower than it originally was. That's just silly.. The logic is stupid... Considering it can actually get worse
Anyway you make it sound like the poison is extremely bad so the item in general is bad and worthless. Fenmasks are 141-611, so 560 isn't even bad. I'm not selling it for 1.5
