After talking to Chef Hamsey, and to the other chefs i chose Frank. Got 2 ingredients, but Blue-Ring Grook Egg is impossible to find =(... Can anyone give me coordinates of where it is EXACTLY? Thanks.

It's close by to that ladder, it should be a cave in the wall west of the ladder if I remember right.

Go to the exact X znd Z coordinates. They should lead you to an island relatively close to the strong wind thing. Go into the central lower part of that island. There should be a few caves leading back towards the end of the sky islands. One of them is the right one.
