This build is untested and I'm taking suggestions for it.

Well I can tell you right now you're gonna be more fragile than wet tissue paper.

 

I only have 7.2k Hp at lvl 100, that armour gives more ;-;

 

I'm a level 89 with under 6,000 hp running around the molten heights, I've gotten used to it.

I'm level 91 with 5000 HP so That isn't really that fragile

 

I did the math in my head, so I may have gotten some of the defenses wrong, but they're still mostly accurate.

 

Mind your only defensive stat is luck with your agility, and you take 40% extra damage from everything due to your class...you may as well only have 3000 health.

 

You can use a maelstrom build if you want water thunder air, I nearly one shot the mobs in freezing heights with bomb arrow.

I use maelstrom now, and I two-shot them with bomb arrow.
