No. They are allowed to keep it as a souvenir, but they are not allowed to sell it.

 

I'm just confused as to why they can't sell it if both the buyer and the seller know the item is broken, and agree on a suitable price. It's not like a broken Fierte is gonna give me an advantage, it only does 1 Damage!

I didn't make the rules here, but if you look at them there's really no arguing with the wording. No glitched or vanilla items are to be sold, end of story.

 

It's not vanilla, and it's not glitched. All it is is a "relic" from the previous update.

 

If you can't exploit it in any other way except by claiming it's worth more than a normal item and since doing so results in the player being punished, there should be no reason why someone shouldn't be able to buy it.

 

No. If it is with the old item structure, it is also unobtainable. Thus it is a glitched item.

I could also argue because it didn't switch to the new layout for item that it's glitched on that front aswell.

Could you respect the rules instead of arguing about them not letting you or others do something illegal. Complaining about how you can't sell your Weed because it's illegal isn't going to making it legal.

I thought old items were legal to sell, you just couldn't price them higher.

 

This is a non-functional one. An "old" item, as an example, would be a diamond Blue Mask. But a non-functional weapon such as an old Fierte(with the accents) is unusable, and considered to be vanilla.

 

There are three glitched items that I KNOW
Montefiore
Fierte
and Pelier

 

Any item that had an accent in its name got glitched like this, because accents in the names didn't work with the new system, so we were forced to change the names of the items.

Ik-El-Van, Montefiore, Fierte, Pelier, and evoreuse are the affected items if I'm remembering right. I feel like I missed one but I could be wrong on that.
