@Bloww is also going to help out with the service from here on out, after winning the build competition.
As some of you may already know, @Terunalix is no longer around the Wynncraft community. As his two build making helpers, Whetto and I decided to keep the service running for the community. The only change will be that we will have slots, so we don't get totally spammed like we did last time. Here is how to apply for a build:

uhm my ign is Arez_ and i have no budget i just need to know what i could use for a Tank/Fire build for level 1 if there is 1 then ur help would be apresiated my main weapons are Apoc and Bobos mythic spear

Str: 35 - blue mask str
Dex: 35 - blue mask str
Intel: 35 - blue mask int
Defense: 80 - blue mask def
Agi: 35 - blue mask agi

Class and Level: Warrior, currently level 96. Could level up fast as I haven't done any new quests yet.
Budget: 2.5 Stacks, but I'd prefer not to spend that much.
Type of Build (EX: Tank): Mixed, good for PVP and PVE.
Elements you want in the build (EX: Air and Thunder): Air and Earth, NO Thunder and Water if possible.
ID's you want (EX: Walk speed and Mana Regen): None in particular, I don't really want negative spell or melee % though.
Items you want to use (optional): Harwrol as main weapon and Wind Mimic as boots.

 

I'm not to sure about helmet, Spectre is a option if you want spell dmg.
Terras Mold is a possibility for Chestplate as good earth dmg

seems like you have a lot of Walkspeed. I would possibly choose either vaward or leggings of desolation for the spell and melee dmg boost. Your build is good, Howver I feel moon pool circlet is out of place. I'd go with raging wind or stratus for mana steal and extra Walkspeed, for some is lost with vaward

 

I mostly chose Moon Pool for the mana regen, as I don't want to be complete dead-weight if I'm out of mana from vanish

 

Doesn't ur rewind have 4/4?

5/4, but I din't like holding it for extended periods of time due to the negative health regen

ID's you want (EX: Walk speed and Mana Regen): mana regen, fire dmg
Items you want to use (optional): Ignis

I'd go with the min needed Intel to use Nivara b/c it gives insane Intel. Split rest agility/defense id say
