Help With A Lost Item

I am a mage, and i used my teleport spell which got me stuck into a wall and i couldn't do anything. So, I left the server and rejoined. But, when i checked all of my stuff, my pants were gone, they were "Burning Pants" with no powders on them. Without it i don't have enough stats to use my weapons. What can I do to get them back

 

You can't sorry but there's a no refund policy you probably lost it due to a skill point glitch

Burning Pants don't have skill points modifier tho, I'm sure one of your accessories popped out or was misplaced as well, hence why your pants popped out too.

It's a low level item, so people probably won't be selling them on trade market either...
