SO! I came up with this build... Here we go!

    Weapon: Crossroad Killer (Rare)
    • Slots: 1
    • Damage: 325-375
    • ✦ Thunder Damage: 200-500
    • Attack Speed: Super Slow
    • Lv. Min : 70
    • Dexterity Min: 70
    • Spell Damage: -10% to -19%
    • Melee Damage: +5% to +20%
    • Dexterity: +3 to +13
    • Defense: -3 to -6
    • ✤ Earth Defense: -12 to -23
I chose this because it's one of the highest melee damage dagger... try to get high melee 20%. Put two thunder powders on it. With max thunder powders itll do 165 max neutral, 710 max thunder. 'nuff said
NOTE: You can also use Wall Breaker. Put two earth powders on it.

NOTE: It'll lower your walkspeed a bit though, and the conclusion at the end won't include this in it because this is an edit.
    • Slots: 2
    • Restrictions: untradable
    • Damage: 200-300
    • ✤ Earth Damage: 100-1000
    • Attack Speed: Super Slow
    • Lv. Min : 72
    • Strength Min: 80
    • Spell Damage: -60%
    • Melee Damage: +65%
    • Strength: +10
    • Exploding: +100%
    • Speed: -20%
    • ❋ Air Damage: +15%
    Helmet: Blood Moon (Legendary)
    • Health: +1050
    • ❉ Water Defense: -150
    • ✤ Earth Defense: 150
    • Lv. Min : 67
    • Spell Damage: -35% to -65%
    • Melee Damage: +14% to +59%
    • Spell Damage: -84 to -156
    • Melee Damage: +12 to +52
This is a odd choice.. A lv 67 helmet??? Well, it's melee damage goes up to 59%.. Yeah. So try to get around max melee damage on that, and maybe around 50 raw melee dmg. 'nuff said

    Chestplate: Taurus (Legendary)
    • Health: +3800
    • ✹ Fire Defense: -150
    • ❉ Water Defense: -100
    • ✤ Earth Defense: 200
    • Lv. Min : 96
    • Strength Min: 80
    • Melee Damage: +6% to +26%
    • Strength: +3 to +13
    • Exploding: +3% to +13%
    • Attack Speed: -7 tier to -13 tier
    • Melee Damage: +300 to +1300
    1.3k melee damage.. 'nuff said

Another option is Chestplate Of Ineptitude

    • Slots: 3
    • Health: +3250
    • Lv. Min : 98
    • Spell Damage: -52% to -97%
    • Melee Damage: +14% to +59%
    • Attack Speed: +1 tier to +2 tier
    • Spell Damage: -140 to -260
    • Melee Damage: +8 to +33
+2 tier attack speed, 59% melee. 'Nuff said

    Leggings: Post-Ultima (Legendary)

    • Slots: 3
    • Health: +1950
    • ✹ Fire Defense: -50
    • ❉ Water Defense: -50
    • ❋ Air Defense: -50
    • ✦ Thunder Defense: -50
    • ✤ Earth Defense: -50
    • Lv. Min : 76
    • Strength Min: 40
    • Dexterity Min: 25
    • Melee Damage: +8% to +33%
    • Strength: +3 to +10
    • Dexterity: +2 to +7
    • Exploding: +6% to +26%
    • Melee Damage: +15 to +65
    • ✦ Thunder Damage: +6% to +26%
    • ✤ Earth Damage: +6% to +26%
So I chose these leggings for the thunder dam, and the melee. 'nuff said

    Boots: Seven League Boots

    • Health: +450
    • ❋ Air Defense: 30
    • ✤ Earth Defense: -60
    • Lv. Min : 44
    • Agility Min: 50
    • XP Bonus: +5% to +20%
    • Agility: +4 to +15
    • Speed: +9% to +36%
I chose these boots for the walkspeed because what kind of assassin is an assassin without walkspeed? Also, if you're somehow using this on an archer, use shadestep. Much better.. BUT THIS IS ASSASSIN GET OUT. 'nuff said.

Oh and btw you can use statue and the two gamblers below if you want to swap out the walkspeed for tankiness.

Rings: 2x Uriel (If you want to be faster), Or 2x Gambler (If you think the defense/hp is too shit)

    Uriel:
    • Lv. Min : 27
    • Agility Min: 5
    • Speed: +4% to +16%
You can use this for the walkspeed.. 'nuff said

    Gambler:

    • Health: +2815
    • ✹ Fire Defense: 200
    • ❉ Water Defense: 200
    • ❋ Air Defense: 200
    • ✦ Thunder Defense: 200
    • ✤ Earth Defense: 200
    • Lv. Min : 81
    • Health Bonus: -1970 to -3659
    • ✹ Fire Defense: -70 to -130
    • ❉ Water Defense: -70 to -130
    • ❋ Air Defense: -70 to -130
    • ✦ Thunder Defense: -70 to -130
    • ✤ Earth Defense: -70 to -130
You can use this to get rid of your -defense if you have any.. But make sure you have no positive defense or you're fucked... 'nuff said

    Bracelet: Contrail

    • ✹ Fire Defense: -50
    • ❉ Water Defense: 10
    • ❋ Air Defense: 50
    • Lv. Min : 94
    • Agility Min: 45
    • Agility: +1 to +4
    • Speed: +3% to +13%
    • ❋ Air Damage: +3% to +11%
Chose this for the walkspeed, and agil buff. NOTE: GET AT LEAST +2 AGILITY ON THIS, YOU'll NEED IT!

    Necklace: Planet Healer
    • Health: -300
    • Lv. Min : 100
    • Health Regen: -10% to -19%
    • Mana Steal: +1/4s to +2/4s
    • Defense: -2 to -5
    • Poison: +260/3s to +1125/3s
    • Health Bonus: -210 to -390
    • Health Regen: -10 to -19
    • ✹ Fire Defense: +2 to +7
    • ❉ Water Defense: +2 to +7
    • ❋ Air Defense: +2 to +7
    • ✦ Thunder Defense: +2 to +7
    • ✤ Earth Defense: +2 to +7
Chose it for the poison and mana steal. 'Nuff said.

    SKILL POINTS:

70 Dex, 80 Str, 48 agil. (Put on the contrail before putting on the seven league boots)

Pros: max 138% Melee, around 1400 raw melee. (Multiplied together is around 3300 melee)
Max 91% Walkspeed (THAT's A MAX STRATI WOA)
Max 1125/3s Poison, 2/4s mana steal.

    Cons: HORRIBLE DEFENSE AND HEALTH
    Super Slow Attack speed.
    -Spell dam.
    Untested

NOTE: If anyone can test both the crossroad killer and the wall breaker to see which is better that would be great! (No one will though :c)

All in all, This build was a weird idea i came up with. If any of you wanna scrap these items together and test it, that'd be great. It's more of a nether build though. The only thing it would work well on in pve is a boss without elemental defense. But i like the idea of running around in nether with a bunch of walkspeed, running in doing a spin attack, hitting them once, and running out. My calculations say that it does around 5k thunder a melee hit, and that's not counting the extra thunder percentage. IMAGINE THE POWER IF YOU DID A SPIN ATTACK OR CRITTED! But then again, wynn math is NOT on fleek, so it could either do alot more or alot less. who knows. anyways...

@Slimeonatree57 yeah i know you can quote messages, but the chestplate of ineptitude wouldn't be that effective. it would only raise the attack speed to 'slow' and with that costing each melee hit around 2k-3k less dmg. (Or if you're using wall breaker more).

You go from one attack every 2 seconds to 1.3 attacks per second. That more than DOUBLES the damage

    A. It lowers your DPS by a MAXIMUM of 650, but raises your DPS by over 700. It's a fair trade-off
And Blood moon already ruins your spell damage. So does Crossroad Killer.

I agree with slime. Chestplate of ineptitude would be much better, and tbh you might want breezehands if you are investing in dex/agi to get to normal attack speed, since you have more-dps based melee.

Obviously slayer would be the choice over seven league.

I agree with Acessories except gambler, this is too much of a glass cannon to worry about defense

Well, slayer is super hard to get lol

And the gambler was the SECONDARY choice.

To get better defence and damage use Chestplate of ineptitude, it will buff your attack damage and speed, your attack will be up to 2.6x faster, and it has no sp requirements so you'll be able to invest more into defensive skill points.

The thing is, though, if you're using wall breaker you're going to need the 80 earth anyways... plus, as @Ironraptor3 said, it's too much of a glass cannon build to try to save it's defense. But I'll include it as another option lol

Most people won't use Wall Breaker as it can be annoying to get, and it is good to incorporate + attack with thunder which Crossroad Killer uses, as a lot of thunder gear has + attack, and no earth gear does.
