Mage/Dark Wizard Storm Mage? (water/thunder)

So how would I go about a storm mage build?

presently my weapon is a wave raiser with
44-71 water damage
7% spell dmg
17% melee dmg
4% water dmg
7% water def

and my stats are:

35 Intelligence
14 dexterity
6 strength
7 defense
5 agility

I'm presently saving up thunder powders to get a high tier thunder powder.

 

first you would get to 90ish where you can have a build

 

Well techbically you can get a build from level 1, good ol chipped cap and oaken weapon. "Practical" builds are (indeed) found in endgame

 

mind sharing what it could be? y'know, so I don't have to come back later asking the same question.

 

probably sound slike a fatal build Ithink tell me when your rich.

 

And what's the general idea of "rich" on wynncraft?

 

XP build is applicable for low level
Tbh I was using an earth build for my low level warrior altough the effectiveness may not be too big

Rich means over 20 stacks of le, as fatal costs over 11.
