9/4 mana regen and 1000 spell dmg its all you need to know

 

That's not very good, I can pretty much say you build right now. 1000 raw spell is garbage, % is better imo, aswell as elemental dmg persent. Lament has like, what, 9/2 mana steal? Why do you need mana Regen, when you can left click and fill up ur mana? Also ur using
