When I think of mythics I think that each should have potential to be an endgame item if it was just something that you just level up past it's use then well the mythic is useless all you have to do is level up. Having Az as a viable thunder bow for all levels adds to variety to endgame bows.

 

Then what about pure, should pure be an end game wand?
