What Happened To The Water Bottle Merchant

So I was not playing wynncraft for about a month or less and this gameplay update came out I started a new class I wanted to do Underwater but the water bottle merchant is not there..... So where is it or how can you get water bottle?

 

Do the quest. You'll see.

 

You now find water bottles in Almuj, i forget the name of the mob but..... Yea you can find little bottle guys in almuj where you kill them and they drop water (they are in the market-place of almuj)

I feel like most of you forgot that you don't need water bottles for the Underwater quest anymore... You need milk.
