Locked Door In Llevigar University

Any ideas how to open the door? It says the door requires a certain key, does anyone know where to find the key?

 

Rusted key from ??? perhaps?

You open this door with the reward from "The Fortuneteller". There's a hopper somewhere in the library that takes the "Wealth or Knowledge" book from the quest and opens a door elsewhere in the university, which contains a library key. The Library Key is used to open this door, but all that's in there is some lore on the provinces. I believe someone made a thread about it somewhere, but I don't remember who.
