Archer/Hunter Help Is Thers Still An Az Build?

I know its not that good now, but I have get it free from a friend of me.

Budget: no concentration, other mythic weapon, no mythic gear, no 2/4 stormy etc. Just not to expensive

Leggings: Dark channeler (if too expensive, use: crystal and if that's too expensive use: marsh-waders)
Boots: Steamjet walkers

Ring1: Mirror
Ring2: Morph-Emerald or -Topaz, your choice.
Bracelet: Morph-Amethyst
Necklace: Morph-Ruby

weapon: Az (du-uh)

Put water powders on the az

When distributing the powders, make sure to use 'em so that you have no negative elemental defenses, it'd be great if you use the kill-strike (thunder special) ability on the armour.

skill point distribution: (Assuming that you get an extra 8 skill points in each skill from the three morph-pieces + the set bonus, if less or more. please adjust.)

This distribution makes sure that you can use all pieces of armour I adviced. Feel free to mess around with it for a bit.

Please make sure that you end up with at least 64 skill points in intel though, since that makes sure that the spell cost is halved. (64 points give 50.4% cost reduction.)

Third eye (3/4 or 4/4 mana regen spell dmg is also nice)
Leo (try not to have too much -spell dmg)
Static-charged leggings (35% thunder dmg!!! from qira hive thunder floor)
Shaggy boots (Ik lvl 97, but you will be able to wear them eventually the 40-45% thunder dmg is insane)
2x Concentration (2/4 mana regen) (Can be substituted with average suppressions instead)
Arc Bracer (up to 5? dex and 10% thunder dmg)
Royal Stormy Amulet (just a regular old one not anything special)
Az (Thunder powder 6s!!!!)
Hive-infused (as backup) (no powders? neutral damage recommended!)
Water powder 4+ goes on all armor for concentration ability (extra damage per mana used 20+ mana used --> ~40%? dmg bonus!!!)
Skill Point Distribution:
0 115 (100) ~80 (75) 0 remaining
(could do less dexterity if needed; 115 not required)
Pros:
Semi-tanky (10k+ health depends on leo)
Decent health regen
8/4 or 9/4 mana regen!! (spell spam)
+some spell dmg (arrow storm!!!)
20k(ish) bombs
~100% thunder dmg (double!!!) ONLY ON ARMOR (+DEX DAMAGE!!!)
Good Fire Def (could help with Wybel?)
Cons:
Extremely weak to earth and weak to water damage. (-270 and ~-300 depends on powders)
Leo has some -spell damage
UNTESTED (IDK if it works or not!)
Low agility / def (glass-cannon like)
Somewhat expensive (2 legendary items, 3 if you count Royal Stormy; Concentrations should not be hard to find? if you are so inclined)
