Aldorei Necklace Help Me Please

Where is the merchant (I can't find it) and what do I need for it

 

You need 25 magical feathers for the amulet, you get them by killing phoenixes in the canyon of the lost between lake Gylia and Thanos. The merchant itself is located inside of aldorei valley at x:45 y:48 z-5252. This necklace requires a good amount of raw health regen to be usefull though, it mainly increases the percentage that's added to the raw health regen.

 

I died with 26 and lost 6 feathers ;-;

I got the coords from a thread, I'll try to find it again but it might take a while

 

It's apparently in a house pretty much opposite the hidden cave in aldorei II(in Aldorei valley, close to Legolus I believe)

I also found him around there I think, he's in a large house(maybe on the second story)

I don't know the exact coords and I can't find the thread where I got them from, the coords to Legolus(a guy a bit close to it. His coords are -138 -4444, the merchant should be around there somewhere.

 

Opposite of the beacon puzzle, there's a house with an amulet hanging in an item frame.

 

You should also be able to see the pink trader nametag
