I'm afraid you're in a bit of a bind there. Walk speed equipment, poison equipment, attack speed tier equipment, and melee damage boosting equipment generally all either counteract one of the others, don't include it, have bad health, or all of the above. Particularly the attack speed equipment.

Chestplate of ineptitude: +2t Attack speed and 59 melee
Earth Breaker: 38 melee 38 earth dmg
Scorpio: Poison
2x Raging wind: Ws
Bovine cuff: Melee and Str
Planet healer/Royal dusty

Honestly I'd go with Mud/Mantlewalkers instead of scorpio because why do you want poison
Also I wouldn't use Raging wind because coiled briar and giants ring. Also Recars elation

Also super fast attack speed is kinda pointless with over -100% melee dmg

 

What about my 14k hp around 40 ws 2k poison 2-3k per melee fast attack speed grim build? :^) kappa
