Extreme Lag Spikes In Some Locations

    My PC isn't the beefiest but somehow there are some very specific locations that kill my frames.

    These were both taken in the heart of Llevigar. It's not temporary lag either cause it returns when I go to the spots that lag.

    Does anyone know what is causing this?
