Fantastic Voyage: Odd Stew Broken

So I've been stuck on this for a while now. I got to the part in Fantastic Voyage were I make the Odd Stew and give it to Relend. Except Relend does not except anything I give him. I have tried leaving and coming back; restarting my game; restarting my PC; going to a different world; putting the odd stew in my daily rewards and then using /fixquests; I've gone to the tent; I've gone to the boulder; I have explored every inch of the island; and Relend will not take the Odd Stew. All he says is this:
'If you need to create something, there are utilities on the beach. I know that home is a place you shall once again reach.'
The questbook simply says 'Give the [Odd Stew] to Relend.'
Please help me. I really don't want to grind to level 93.

 

I already have the Odd Stew. Whenever I click on the Cooking Pot, it says 'You've already made the Odd Stew. Maybe you should check your questbook for your next step...' Or something like that.
