    Hi guys, so I just joined wynncraft a few days ago and have already fallen in love with the server and got VIP+ (the blue donor rank), and I've seen people in game suggest using the powders for defensive properties, which ones should I use for defensive?

    I already know to use earth and water for offense since a higher Lv. mage said so.

    you mean VIP+? I think you should know this isnt hypixel. Also use the powders how you want to do your play style.

    Put on the armor, and then use powders to raise whatever defenses suck
    That's a really bad reason too, I could tell you to use Air powder, I have a level 93 mage

    Well I looked up the mages abilities, and it's only got 2 offense, one earth and one water.

    However, there are relatively few gear options for Water/Earth combinations, and Earth items generally reduce spell damage, countering Water items' increase of spell damage.

    Mage can deal Water damage with Ice Snake, Earth and Fire damage with Meteor, and Thunder damage with Teleport.

    Who uses Teleport to attack?

    Well since this has basically devolved into a conversation on mage teleport uses, I guess I'll do my best to help out. IMO there is no real "best powder" when it come to tier three and below , as not many mobs tend to have elemental damage, and the ones that do usually don't deal much damage with it. But when it comes to tier four powders and above, thunder and water are BY FAR the best, as the passives they give you when you have two of them on your armor outstrip the other passives by a MILE. In addition, most corruption/decay mobs tend to use thunder damage from what I've seen, so you get some extra defenses against that

    I got a wave Raiser out of trading a set of depressing gear, it has 44-75 water damage and 23-35 neutral damage.

    Static mage does 6k with a teleport on a detlas citizen. Then the last update killed my static mage so im trying to rebuild it
