    Level 102 is not actually in-game (the stats page is bugged).
    Currently, the only way to get over level 101 is by /setlevel <level>(or whatever command is used to set a player's level).

    Technically if a player reaches level 101 with the bar 100.0%
    They are level 102.

    There is a level 2. Wynncraft uses a soft level limit, as in there is an insanely large amount of xp needed to GET to level 102, but its doable.

    I remember a mod saying that its a soft limit, there is no hard limit of not being able to reach lvl 102.
