I Think I Missed Something.

So last time I checked with the ??? Hunt, people used the mechanical chip to open something in the lake watchtower, and something about a red meteor I did not understand and some number.

And now I am hearing stuff about Nohno's lab and Yahya's house?

Can someone pls explain to me what I missed?

(I personally have gotten as far as getting the key, so can someone also explain what we learned under the tower?)

Library Key opens up an unused area under the watchtower. The mechanical chip opens the door to the red meteor... when it isn't broken.
