Those are new, and I could see some builds with that.

The huge cons are the negative mana regen and the fact that this item doesn't give any HP. (and maybe the negative earth def)
That agi and that dex tho. And it only has 1 asterisk. Same for thunder damage, with some WS and other good stuff.
Anyways, I found this item pretty interesting and I wanted to share it.

Also, I know load of people have found these (it's a rare item after all) but I found them really interesting.

This item can have 32 thunder air and spell damage, 2 tier atk speed AND 25% walkspeed

Not quite. Leictreach and Makani are two words in two different languages. I didn't know about the company. Keep trying to translate it.

That's going to be useful with a air/thunder item with powder slots and neutral damage (so you can put the other element in). A few thunder items have mana regen or mana steal anyway. The lack of health does mean you have to get other items with good health, which isn't that hard to find, even if you are aiming for a thunder-air build. But the main problem is that earth defence. Imagine having that with other negative earth defence items. I wouldn't want to go up against an earth mob with those leggings.
