Bug Finder: Raw Spell Damage And Raw Melee Damage

It is going to be a series on wynncraft bugs due to the stupid damage calculation.



First, how raw spell and raw melee works? Raw spell damage adds to the neutral damage the spell itself do after the spell calculation. But you heard it right, it add NEUTRAL damage after spell calculation. But what happens if you don't have neutral damage? Well it doesn't add ANY damage! Same goes for spell elemental. For example, war scream has 75% fire and 25% air, but if your spear do no neutral damage, IT DOESN'T adds in the actual spell.

So time for raw melee damage. Same as spell, it does nothing without neutral damage.


So I hope Salted fix it by adding the raw spell damage as neutral no matter you have neutral or not. As spells, changed the %elemental works on whole damage, not just neutral.


Example for fix: My dagger have 100 thunder damage with normal attack speed. I have 50 raw spell damage. The amount of thunder damage I do with spin attack=(100*attack speed*2.5)*% thunder damage spin does + (100*attack speed*2.5), as well as 50 neutral damage.

 

This is already known by the CT.

 

Will they fix it soon or leave it to next update?

 

I remember when the raw damage was added before the percentages, peeps were doing mad damage.

 

But itnow does no damage if you dun have neutral.
