Endgame shit CLEARLY is t dine at this time! That will still take a while. This shit doesn't come immediately

 

Yes it does, and I'm recording stuff to prove it.
...yes, I just recorded almost an hour of footage on a new class going from level 1-10 to show off this issue.
I'm gonna speed up most of it so it's like a montage, don't worry, I'm not gonna force you to watch 54 minutes of low level assassin.
AND THAT'S ONLY PART ONE

 

In my experience playing the beta and getting to level 41 without any real boosts, I thought it was excellent.
When I played the beta, the low levels felt fine... I do quests, if I didn't level up, I go do dungeons once or twice, I never had to do a dungeon that was for my level more than 4 times to level. If anything, it felt even faster than ever before.
Now I don't need to wait for DXP (which sometimes could take even an hour to find pre-gameplay)! 'Great! I'm done with that quest now, so I'll go try the new zombie dungeon now, or.. maybe grind there for a bit?'
Anyways, the point is that the update does not feel slow to me whatsoever, if anything, faster then ever before. (...Except when waiting for soul points, which only happened to me twice from level 1-41.) I really don't see what you're complaining about. It feels just at the right pace until level 90, which needs more quests, but this has been discussed, however grinding has been buffed too.
I think the update is great and I don't really have any major complaints so far.

 

I will agree that if I spend money to purchase an experience bomb, I would like for it to affect quests. For the people who say they don't want it that way, you're lying to yourself. Nobody likes sitting for hours killing mobs just to get a single level.

People, stop acting like you're better than this guy because you're not.

 

Nobody likes grinding no shit, but you're an idiot if you think that dxp bombs affecting quests was a good thing.

 

I spent maybe two days going from 60-70 with almost no grinding .—. what's bad about that?

xp boosters effecting quests was a bug and would ruin the level curve. The sprint bar is fair, and you can use horses if you don't like it. They're planning on adding more quests and the light dungeon, and more corrupted dungeons.

 

A "bug".... Yet they acknowledged it by having DXP weekends

Salted, for starters, soon has no meaning here. Also, the corrupted dungeons are really hard to obtain keys for. Like harder than a normal dungeon by a ton. In addition, the corrupted dungeons aren't new content, they're revised content. I would honestly like entirely separate dungeons for the higher level classes.

 

I was talking about xp boosters in general, but even if it wasn't a bug, half of what I said is still right.

The level gain was too significant for someone to NOT turn in quests with dxp. Which meant you had to server hop to viably progress through the game, which is really bad game design considering that you'd basically just stop playing the game for an hour just so you can actually complete a quest (that's pretty much as bad as the F2P model that most mobile games have).

I have to stop and grind 3 times total, just from level 5-11, because the quests give such little experience to even matter.
I might make a part 2 and 3 eventually to show off the level 20 range where this issue is more prominent, but this took like 4 hours to upload so don't expect it very soon.

 

Low-level quests are not meant to give you a lot of XP. This isn't Wynnexcavation Site D.

 

but grinding at lower levels is so easy, and I don't know why you're tagging pretz and selv, salted made the level curve.
