Should I Reid This One?

    Max or max-close fire damage.
    Decent health.
    Not really good Health regen.

    Should I reID this one for better stat?

    I think it belongs more in the Trade Market, but if I were you, I'd keep it as it is, if you don't have enough LE to reID it again. If you do, take the chance.

    I just don't like Health regen and health. But I'm actually afraid that I could get worse stat.

    My rules of thumb,
    If you get a shitty item that you wont use or sell in its current state but you would use it if it got better ID's, reID it.
    And, only reID a decent item if you have a better one. So in both cases if the roll would be a failure, you have a good item left.
