I clicked on the text in the quest book after completing yahya's puzzles and it took me here:

It says Clavis in Wynnic

 

pretty sure it said "clavis"

A clavis can be a key...so does that me we need the library key or something?

 

Maybe Clavis is the name of one of the new Quest NPCs? It may not even be the main one (Ex. The Mayors?)

 

A Clavis can also mean a restraining device such as shackles but I doubt this really has anything to do with that.

 

I went back to the place the library key opens, but there was nothing new.

Clavis was a key to a chipher or however you spell it XD

 

Actually the imgur photo of the QR code from the puzzle had something written in the right bottom corner and it said: The Key Is In The Book --> after that you will figure out your journey that in the book there is actually a KEY but,in latin xD So i would recommend you to stop searching hints pointing to Clavis cuz probably it was a joke aswell as the rick roll! You better concentrate on the more important things such as the 4 wynn plates and the big meteor shard rather then a simple word which means key and has a lot of senses xD I hope i was helpfull here
